You are invited to join the Gmichelle Wellness community for 3 virtual gatherings to pause, breathe and re-center as we close out this year.
In each 30-minute session, we will spend time together through guided breathing, journaling and resource-sharing. The intention behind this opportunity is for us to avoid self-isolation, deepen our collective care and be in the presence of one another in a reflective and rest-centered way.
Each gathering will be an invitation for you to press pause your own busy day and share time and space with others who too, have made the decision to choose rest.

What Is Collective Care?
Collective care is about caring for one another as a community; recognizing that the responsibility of well-being doesn’t rest on just one person, but on all of us. It’s about coming together with the needs of everyone in mind, sharing the responsibility to support, uplift, and nurture one another.
At its core, collective care draws on support systems, resourcefulness, solidarity, and personal and social connections. It’s a way of fostering resilience, creating meaningful connections, and building communities where everyone has the space to rest, heal, and thrive.
Collective care is our reminder that we don’t have to carry it all alone.
